I received damaged/ defective item, what should I do?
- If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. We would recommend you to call our Customer Service team: Take photos or video send to our whatapps or Facebook, Our customer services will solve the problem for you.
- If the product received more than 7 Working Days (based on courier tracking system), the item will NOT cover by return policy or warranty.
How to return the product?
- To ensure immediate return, please wrap the product in the original package, complete with accessories, our customer service will provide you the address for return product. For the both side courier fee will bear by buyer.
Can I have refund?
- For this we sincerely apologize, we DO NOT have refund policy.
If i wrongly ordered prdocut?
- You can contact our Customer Services, but buyer need to cover for the both side courier fee. And the pricing will count by original price or we called before discount price.
